VIRTUAL REALITY

The cornerstone of Future Lab, our suite of virtual reality platforms, represents the potential future of education. Our individual VR headsets enable activities such as 3D field trips, and with our set of HTC Vive systems, we usher in an era of innovative, immersive learning.

3D PRINTING

With our 3D printers, students can turn their imaginations into reality! All students have access to these devices, facilitating creative and functional projects that they design and construct both on their own and collaboratively.

VIDEO/AUDIO PRODUCTION

In our production studio, students become producers of original content, creating professional-quality videos, audio files, and other digital media. In addition to helping students gain technical expertise, we focus on developing their online personas and being positive, productive digital citizens.

Coding

Whether or not a student grows up to become a computer programmer, knowledge of coding teaches them critical thinking and problem solving skills that they can apply in the real world. Our coding curriculum ranges from basic Scratch to more sophisticated languages for advanced courses.

MAKER TOOLS

Students have access to tools that bring ideas to life. From circuit boards and soldering irons to reclaimed materials, our mobile maker lab supports hands-on, experiential projects that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and exploration.

Game Design & Development

Students explore the worlds of coding, design, and technology in our Game Design and Web Development class. From creating interactive games to building functional websites, they develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills while bringing their ideas to life digitally.

Digital citizenship

In our Digital Citizenship class, students learn to navigate the online world safely and responsibly. Topics include internet safety, social media use, research skills, digital etiquette, and understanding their online footprint, helping students become thoughtful, informed, and responsible digital citizens.

 Performing Arts

While many schools are sadly cutting the arts from their curriculum, Clark students are provided with many opportunities to develop an awareness of their own creative strengths through the visual and performing arts.

The arts are an integral component of the Clark philosophy which emphasizes positive personal values, high achievement and meaningful participation in the community.

As a part of their graduation credit requirements, High School students may participate in Drama as an elective throughout the year.

Clark High School also offers a unique and intensive Spring Mini Course where students work diligently for two weeks to create a production to present at the Annual METG Drama Fest.

Classes in Theater, Music, Dance, & Tech

Students K-12 have the opportunity to participate in performing arts through specials, electives, after school clubs, summer programming & more!

Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild

Middle and high school students are given the opportunity to participate in our annual entry to the METG Festival, both as actors and as technical crew & designers.

Electives

Past electives include Improvisation, Music & Movement, Scene Study, Broadway History, Dance Technique and Style, Playwriting, and Famous Choreography. Offerings are based on the ideas and requests of students throughout the year.

Music at Clark School

From Preschool through High School, Clark School offers a rich and dynamic music program designed to inspire creativity and a love of music.
