Costs vary based on experience. Attendance to the Training Orientation will be required.
Why become a Counselor-In-Training?
CIT’s are an integral part of any camp or summer program
Excellent way for older participants to be part of the summer fun
Receive in-depth training
Gain valuable life skillsGrow leadership skills in a safe, mentored environment
We have created a unique three-year CIT program: with each successful year of participation you come one step closer to becoming a paid staff member.

Provide the Reference Forms to the people of your choice.
Work-related references are good, as are teachers, coaches or previous Camp/Program Directors. One relative, household member or close personal reference must be included. Your references must mail their form directly to the Clark School Director of Summer Programs as soon as possible. The back of the envelope must be signed with their signature. Once we receive your application and all three reference forms we will contact you.
Space in all of these positions is limited, and applications received by the deadline will be given priority. You will be notified of our decision as quickly as possible. We expect all CIT applicants to complete this application process on their own. We request that as the applicant you, rather than your parents/guardians, contact us on your own.
I look forward to hearing from you soon!
